You can use a simple pull up bar to stretch your upper back very easily. The best way is to cross your ankles, bend your knees, and have a wide grip on the bar. By doing this, your whole upper body, stretch out very nicely. Done regularly, this can help your upper back feel better and also prevent problems from happening later.
